Tragically, a 50-year-old man and his 11-year-old daughter lost their lives when a residential building in a southeastern Ukrainian city was struck by Russian forces on the past Sunday.

According to a statement made by the city council secretary, the organized strike involved the firing of two missiles which demolished one building and caused varying degrees of damage to dozens of other buildings.
